About the role:

Our Water Network team is looking for a motivated and safety-focused Water Maintenance Supervisor to join us in a full-time opportunity.

Reporting to the Superintendent Water Execution, you’ll play an important role in leading safe and efficient dewatering operations, supporting maintenance teams, and contributing to reliable water network performance across site infrastructure.

Duties:

  • Coordinate and communicate water management schedules to support safe and efficient operations
  • Lead and support field-based maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and critical controls
  • Work collaboratively across teams to achieve operational targets and deadlines
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring and development
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across water network operations and maintenance activities

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
  • DEMIRS (LGIRS) Statutory Supervisor Competency S26 (essential)
  • Experience within mining and dewatering operations
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance environment
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and SCADA water network management systems
  • Confident communication skills and experience with CMMS/SAP systems
